License Installation issue

Good Afternoon,

We purchased 16 Secure Lockdown license's and installed the software on 16 machines. One of the machines had a error and the software had to be uninstalled and reinstalled. Upon reinstallation I had to re activate the software on the machine again so one machine had two activations and now on the 16th machine I cannot activate it.

How can I resolve this? Essentially I have one machine that was activated twice.
